The ``list'' command allows to obtain all name server entries.
Object name: ignored, but by convention can be "names".
Message name: "list".
Message content: ignored.
The name server replies with a parameters object containing two string array fields:
"object" - string array defining the logical names of all servers."location" - string array for the target location of each server; the array has the same size and order as for the "object" field.
